Joan  Klem In 1945, Joan with her late brother Perrin (Pat) G. Rademacher began Rodsden's Rottweilers, reg. Joan registered her first Rottweiler litter with the AKC in 1949. Rodsden imported and/or bred some of the most notable Rottweilers in the history of the breed. In 1981, Joan became an American Kennel Club (AKC) licensed Rottweiler judge. She has judged shows and Specialties around the world including the American Rottweiler Club, Medallion Rottweiler Club, Colonial Rottweiler Club, Golden State Rottweiler Club and Specialty shows in England, South Africa, Jamaica, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, El Salvador, Italy, Trinidad and the Phillippines to name a few. She is a charter member of Medallion Rottweiler Club and American Rottweiler Club and has served in many positions on the board. She gives seminars, has produced educational videos, has taken an active role in judges' education and with Susan has co-authored four books on the breed.

Susan C. Rademacher Sue literally grew up with Rottweilers as her family founded Rodsden's Rottweilers, reg. over 60 years ago.  From junior handler through her college years, she finished no fewer than 23 Rottweiler champions. She also handled dogs to AKC CD and CDX degrees as well as TD degrees.  Under the Rodsden prefix, which she co-owns with her aunt, Joan Klem, she has bred or co-bred 26 litters since 1969. An AKC licensed judge since 1992, she has judged in the US for the Colonial Rottweiler Club, Medallion Rottweiler Club, Rottweiler Club of Kansas City, Golden State Rottweiler Club, Hoosier Rottweiler Club, Emerald Valley Rottweiler Club, Western Pennsylvania Rottweiler Club, Northstar Rottweiler Club, and Aloha State Rottweiler Club.  In 1996, it was her honor to judge Best In Show for the American Rottweiler Club at its National Specialty, and in 1999 to judge Best In Show for the Medallion Rottweiler Club and for the Sovereign Rottweiler Club in Canada. Additionally, she has judged for the Rottweiler Club of Canada, the Rottweiler Association of Jamaica, the Midland Rottweiler Club of England, the Rottweiler Club of Victoria of Australia and the Central Rottweiler Club of New Zealand. She is a charter member of the American Rottweiler Club, a 40+ year member of the Medallion Rottweiler Club where she served for 29 years as a Board member, newsletter editor or President, a 20+ year past member and vice president of the Colonial Rottweiler Club, and a 28 year past member of the Allegemeiner Deutscher Rottweiler Klub of Germany. With Joan Klem, she has co-authored four books on Rottweilers.  She has attended seven IFR congresses in various countries.  She has appeared on television promoting the breed.  She presently owns one Rottweiler bitch.

Peter M. Rademacher Pete has also literally lived his entire life with Rottweilers as a major participant in Rodsden's Rottweilers, reg. Pete's love for the breed is evident. He has trained many Rottweilers to AKC CD, CDX, TD and TDX titles, as well as SchH I, SchH II and SchH III titles. In December 2001, Pete obtained full judging status for Rottweilers with the AKC. He will maintain provisional status for Junior Showmanship until he completes the required number of assignments. He has had the opportunity to judge in Illinois, California, Florida, and Texas. The highlight of 2002 was judging bitches at the Medallion Rottweiler Club Specialty. Pete was the Specialty Chairman for the Medallion Rottweiler Club in 2003 and 2006. It was his honor to judge at the Colonial Rottweiler Club Specialty in 2007.  He judged for the Midlands Rottweiler Club of England in 2005 and in New Zealand for the Central Rottweiler Club, Inc of New Zealand in 2008. He is a 20+ yr. member of the Medallion Rottweiler Club and served as board member, a 15+ year past member of the American Rottweiler Club, the Canadian Kennel Club, the ADRK and his local obedience club. Pete is still active in the conformation community.  He lives with a number of retired Rottweiler; however, he does have a young AKC pointed bitch and anticipates adding to the collection in the future.
